Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir

750 ML

Product Description

This wine is made with a selection of Dijon Clones, primarily 113, 114 and 115, using fruit from several diiferent locations on the Estate that are all part of the vineyard designated program. The result is a more masculine style of Pinot Noir, powerful and complex with firm structure, but smooth tannins. Descriptors typically include floral tones, cocoa, red cherries and spice. A good candidate for aging, it can also be enjoyed young with strongly flavored foods, red meats and game. Pierre Léon , pictured here with his wife Aliette, was the father of winery owner Bernard Lacroute.
