There are 18.4 acres of Pinot Gris planted in several different locations on the Estate. Because the goal is to produce white wines that fully express the characteristics of the fruit, this Pinot Gris is made entirely in stainless steel, with no malolactic fermentation and no barrel aging. The wine is made in the Alsatian style: lush, rich and mouth filling. WillaKenzie Estate Pinot Gris is bottled with a screwcap closure.
Region Description
Stretches from Portland in the north to Eugene in the south. A majority of the Willamette Valley vineyards lie on the foothills of the Coast Range that forms the western edge of the valley.
