Upon opening youll taste a crisp, fruity and luscious Chardonnay with a smooth minerality and hints of French Oak. Our goal for Tobias Vineyards is to make a very good quality wine representing the North Coast of California and that is very food- friendly, and an approachable price for most people! We take the art of winemaking very seriously, therefore having a high quality product, that we are proud of is the only way to make wine.
-100% Chardonnay, the fruit comes from our vineyard in Mendocino County, where we have exceptionally cool nights and warm days during the ripening season. It is a fine example of the unique characters from our vineyard and of Chardonnay from Potter Valley, Ca.

-30% malolactic fermentation, you would question this as there are no buttery hints
-Filtered prior to bottling
