The Syrah represents for the Sallier de La Tour Company the international variety which has demonstrated throughout the years, and more than the others, certain productive assurances of great success and interest. The Company, when the wine production still wasnt a true reality, was already studying with its technicians the behaviour of the Syrah, varying the density of the plantings and the training systems us.

Malolactic Fermentation: Totally developed.
Ageing: 12 months in French oak (Allier and Tronçais) 225 litre barrels 70% new and
30% second passage, in bottle for 4 months before release.
Alcohol Content: 13.00% Vol.
Color: Intense ruby red.
Bouquet: Wild berries and herbal aromas, well mixed with spicy and aromatic notes.
Taste: Pleasantly velvety and well balanced tannins.
