A thoroughbred at Churchill Downs. Our 100% Rutherford appellation Estate grown Cabernet, which consists of a blend of our two estate vineyards, is built with finesse. Layers of bright, fresh cherries on the nose, with a deep ruby color. On the palate enjoy earthy mocha, rhubarb, subtle oak and an eternal lasting finish. You will know this wine has longevity for the long haul due to its balanced finesse from intricate winemaking technique.
Aged for 24 months in French Oak and 6 months bottled aged before release.
