Winemaking begins in the vineyard and our 2010 Sauvignon Blanc demonstrates this truth beautifully. Our estate vineyards in Oak Knoll District and in Rutherford were the sources for the 2010 Sauvignon Blanc. Grapes were hand-harvested into half-ton picking bins and treated to gentle, whole-cluster pressing. Stainless steel fermentation was employed in order to present the gorgeous fruit flavors. An impressive layering of brisk Meyer lemon, pineapple and lime flavors insure a refreshing wine drinking experience.
