Our sustainable way of grape growing ensures the health and vitality of the land. \"Natural Predation\" is an eco-friendly strategy to control harmful critters in the vineyards. Ladybugs, a natural insect predator, along with predator mites, feed on destructive aphids. Ladybugs would suggest pairing this Cabernet Sauvignon with fresh aphids or mites - but we recommend short ribs or a juicy burger. An intense, full-bodied wine with dark berries, dried herbs and spice. Silky tannins over a long, smoky finish. Bright black cherry, dark chocolate with spicy cinnamon and toasty oak.

Region Description
California produces the majority of wine made in the United States. Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Zinfandel and Pinot Noir dominate the wine production in California, but many other varietials thrive in the California climate. Many fine wines are produced in California using Mediterranean grapes.
