The flavors from Tench Vineyard remain similar from year to year. This 2004 is very
approachable and opens with aromas of ripe, jammy fruit. The palate is filled with
flavors of blueberries and boysenberries, layered with bay leaf and spice. The sweet
toasty flavors contributed by the oak integrate with the fruit to create a rich, supple
texture that carries into a long finish.
