Medium purple in color, the 2010 Malbec from McManis Family Vineyards contains pleasing scents of juicy red raspberry, toast and mocha. Raspberry is also the predominate flavor of this medium bodied offering. Moderate tannins become evident in the finish.

Winemaker Notes The fruit for our 2010 Malbec was harvested on Oct. 15, 2010 with an average Brix of 23.4. Picked during the day, the must was innoculated and fermented on the skins for approximately 7 days before it was pressed. After initial rackings and filtration, the resulting wine was aged on French and American Oak prior to bottling. Vintage 2010
