Bursting with bright orange blossom, Asian pear and quince aromas, this 100% barrel fermented Chardonnay drifts softly into tangerine cream, crushed wet stone and Oolong tea with a woody spice finish and balanced acidity. This Dijon clone, single vineyard designate is aged to a perfect balance in French oak puncheon barrels and is planted adjacent to our European Truffle orchards. Truffle Hill Chardonnay is delicious with French country dishes.
