For three generations, Château Cabrières has belonged to the Arnaud family.- Louis in the 50s, his son Guy succeeded him and since March 2009, Agnès and her husband Patrick Vernier have taken over the management of the property.
Le Petit Cabrieres exemplifies its lineage through its rich black fruits, spice on the nose, depth of character and in its easy drinking ability. The wine is produced for consumption without much ageing but can be cellared for 1-2 years to bring out more leather and to mellow out the tannin. Pair this wine with bbq, pasta with red sauce or with pizza night. Produced from Grenache and Cinsault vines averaging 30 years old.
