The Story
La Pepica is a range of wines inspired by the legendary Valencian restaurant of the same name. Family-owned since 1898, Restaurante La Pepica is a Spanish institution and this range of wines is designed to be just like the restaurant - fun, and great with food.
The Wine
The wine is produced from Tempranillo grapes sourced from the rising star Valencia DO and has been made by award-winning winemaker Victor Marqués at the state-of-the-art Bodegas Murviedro.
The Taste
La Pepica Tempranillo is unoaked and fermented in stainless steel, this wine is all about freshness and capturing the essence of the Valencian sunshine. Containing a deep cherry red color with purple tinges. This wine has classic Tempranillo aromas of raspberry, forest fruits and cherries. With a soft and supple palate of juicy fruits, this wine makes the perfect paella partner.
