A light bodied, refreshing and low acidity Pinot Grigio. Ripe with green fruit, white fruit and citrus and very well-balanced. A perfect spring and summer wine that will pair well with everything from fresh fish to grilled chicken.
Jack Farrell's Review:
"This is a wonderful expression of a well-made Pinot Grigio and a perfect wine to welcome spring and warmer weather. Here we have a straightforward wine with some intriguing nuances. Well-chosen and easy to sip and savor. This is a food-friendly Pinot Grigio and a nice change from Chardonnay. It is an excellent choice for an aperitif and a good wine to accompany spring dishes—light and whimsical. Try with a spring salad. It even manages to pair well with asparagus and few wines can say that! A very good, light, and dry wine for pre-summer sipping…try with a shore lunch."
