This sake is fermented to its extreme limits in a very traditional method. Extremely dry, full-bodied and with a concentrated taste, yet with robust flavor and a relatively high acidity. This sake goes well with more moderately flavored dishes. Recommended drinking temperature: 15-20C or 30-40C.
