Move over grapes. Were celebrating the worlds most glorious vine.Generous quantities of Simcoe and Glacier hops are added throughout the boil. Then, late in fermentation, we infuse the Sweet Child with another dose of Glaciers, imparting a bouquet of hop aroma that veritably bursts forth upon serving. But dont let all this talk of hops mislead you. The Sweet Child has a serious malt backbone to stand up to all those hops, creating a delightful balance that will keep you coming back for more. Its an IPA, Fulton-style.

what people are saying

This is one of the most sessionable IPA's I've had the fortune of enjoying.
It's definitely hoppy but a nice malty infusion keeps it from being overly tart; it's smooth and drinkable but definitely not mild; and it has enough personality to evoke the rare \"ooh, wow\" reaction when you take the first sip.
…an assertive hop profile with a delicious, malty body, resulting in a balanced and well-rounded IPA.

Region Description

\"India Pale Ale\" is a heavily-hopped beer, with a strong alcohol content, developed initially to be shipped to distant part of the British Empire.
