Youthful and vibrant, with a classic pinot noir nose of bright cherry and a touch of earthiness. Look for flavors of rhubarb, smoke, and caramel to add complexity. Polished tannins and good acidity create a nice balance and structure. This pinot is very food friendly. We find it is particularly appealing with pork, tuna, and mushrooms. Drinkable now. Best from 2007 through 2012.
