From Organic Grapes Made with carefully chosen Sangioveto grapes fermented and matured in sealed oak barrels It is named Partridge eye because of its garnet colour with an amber edge. Vintage notes Climatically traditional with alternating conditions of atmospheric stability and disturbance, offering temperatures which were generally in line with historical averages. Harvest period: 7th-27th October Tasting Notes Garnet color with amber hues along the edge. Aroma of plum jam, seasoned leather, with spicy notes and a hint of oak.
