Product Description
Ripasso is a style of Italian wine made from a blend of partially-dried red grapes. For a more intense flavor, Colavitas Ripasso is made with Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone grapes and comes from the Valpolicella appellation in the province of Veneto. The warm, Adriatic coastal plains and river valleys in this region of Italy are ideal for providing Valpolicella Ripasso with its rich, yet well balanced flavors.
