Chateau Mille Anges lies on a vineyard that is more than 300 years old, with vines averaging 20 years old. Shaped like a half moon, the vineyard is on steep slopes which provides its natural drainage and the southeast to southwest exposure gives it optimal sunshine.
Of the white wine produced at Chateau Mille Anges, 70% is Sauvignon Blanc and 30% is Sauvignon Gris. Pleasantly fruity citrus aromas at first sniff, with more mineral, slightly oaky notes emerge on swirling, blending with both Sauvignons aromas, white & grey. After a wonderfully fresh attack, the appealingly ample, rounded and silky extract unfolds on the palate, which is characterized by finesse and balance and offers fine aromatic length and complexity.
