Chateau Mille Anges lies on a vineyard that is more than 300 years old, with vines averaging 20 years old. Shaped like a half moon, the vineyard is on steep slopes which provides its natural drainage and the southeast to southwest exposure gives it optimal sunshine.
Of the white wine produced at Chateau Mille Anges, 70% is Sauvignon Blanc and 30% is Sauvignon Gris. The Sauvignon Blanc gives the wine its structure, mineral and citrus characteristics while Sauvignon Gris provides balance from its natural sugar and high acidity. Blending the two together create a well-balanced, crisp yet soft white wine that is perfectly suited for spring and summer days.
