A clean, deep, magnificent garnet red colour. A complex, delicate nose leads on to floral notes of white flowers and cedar wood, intermixed with hints of roasted coffee beans and roasted almonds, together with Prussian leather. A good, powerful entry on the palate with a stylish tannic structure, making this vintage one of great class. Wonderfully long flavoursome finish, ending on a savoury vanilla note. Ageing potential : 20 to 25 years

a commune in the Haut Medoc district of Bordeaux. Its wines, considered some of the best within the Medoc district, are fragrant and supple with complex aromas and flavors. They are made from Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot grapes.
