Our 2009 Red Blend offers rich, concentrated fruit and a smooth mouthfeel. Made with Zinfandel, Merlot, Barbera and Petite Sirah, the wine is full of ripe, slightly sweet blackberry, blueberry and raspberry liquor and highlighted by lifted oak notes. Ripe tannins lend structure to the round, fleshy palate, which carries dark, brambly fruit and sweet baking spices into a long, lasting finish. Pair this satisfying wine with equally bold and balanced dishes, such as hearty pastas, baby back ribs or grilled steak.
