As anyone in Bushmills will tell you, we only make two kinds of whiskey here: extraordinary whishkey and even more extraordinary whiskey. Some people also call it 'gentle giant' because it is both \"approachable and bigger than you expect.\" Actually we're happy for you to call it anything you like (well, anything but ordinary) as long as you enjoy it.

Region Description

\"Irish Whiskey\" is whiskey from the Emerald Isle that is usually a mixture of malted and unmalted grain mash and distilled three times. Compared to Scotlands more than 90 distilleries, Ireland has only 3; Old Bushmills, Cooley and New Midleton each producing a wide range of whiskeys.
