The Brunello di Montalcino is 100% Sangiovese Grosso (Brunello) with an intense Garnet red colour with orange hints. The boquet is penetrating, very full and varied, reminiscent of wild berries. The palate is dry, warm, full-bodied, harmonious, delicate and austere at the same time, persistent. 12.5-13.5% alcohol content. This wine accompanies roasts, grilled, spit-roast or braised meats, game and ripe cheeses. Serve at 18 degree Celsius, uncork 1-2 hours before serving.
