Crisp and fresh, yet firm and full in the mouth with fine texture and more stone fruit flavors than the nose suggests. White peach and apricot become more evident with time in the glass. A hint of clean oak. Fascinating appearance of sweetness on the palate, yet finishes bone dry. Delightful in its youth yet has all the potential to develop like its predecessors.
This is a great accompaniment to seafoods, Asian and Mediterranean cuisine.
The wine is ready to be enjoyed now but will develop complexity in the next two to three years.
