Our Chardonnay has lovely bright colors with aromas of pineapple, pears, and vanilla. Well balanced, it has a rich, full mouthfeel with flavors of pear, apple and citrus, leading into a long finish of toasted almond and ginger flavors.
This wine is perfect as a cocktail by itself, or as a complement to chicken, baked or poached fishes, grilled prawns, or pasta with a light cream sauce.
California produces the majority of wine made in the United States. Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Zinfandel and Pinot Noir dominate the wine production in California, but many other varietials thrive in the California climate. Many fine wines are produced in California using Mediterranean grapes.
