Restaurant Lela Wine Dinner featuring Ramey Wine Cellars
6:30pm - 9:00pm
Haskell's is happy to be the retail partner for another Restaurant Lela wine dinner featuring Ramey Wine Cellars.
The wine dinner will be held on Wed., March 29, 2017, beginning at 6:30 pm. A custom four-course meal created by Lela’s Executive Chef Stewart Woodman will complement a flight of distinct Ramey wines. The evening begins with a “Cubano”, paired with a 2013 Ramey Chardonnay. The second course, Duck Confit with Beet Risotto and Yuzu, will be joined with a 2013 Ramey Cabernet Sauvignon. For the third course, guests will savor Short Ribs with Nettles, Ramps, Radishes and Purple Potatoes, and will be paired with a 2012 Ramey Claret. For dessert, guests will enjoy Rhubarb Mousse, paired with a delicious Port Wine.
Ramey Wine Cellars’ story is crafted by the soil, the vineyards, the terroir and the passion of David Ramey, one of California’s best and most respected winemakers. Their process is a dynamic mix of experience and innovation, Old World methods and New World science. They describe their wines as pure California – rich in character, beautifully balanced and always of exceptional quality.
The cost for the wine dinner is $80 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Reservations are only made through Restaurant Lela online. A $50 deposit is required for reservations, and is refundable up to 48 hours before the event. Seats for the wine dinner will be limited.
